When attending a test, please observe the following rules and regulations:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for the session you are scheduled for, Delmarva Sensory™ reserves the right to deny you entry to the test without payment.
If you show up for a session other than the one you are scheduled for, Delmarva Sensory™ reserves the right to deny you entry to the test without payment.
Photo IDs containing your photo and full name MUST be presented when you check in for testing. NO exceptions. Photo IDs accepted include driver’s license, state or military issued identification cards, student identification cards and employment identification cards, and passports.
Your name on your Delmarva Sensory™ profile MUST match the name on your photo ID. This includes name discrepancies due to change in marital status and nicknames. You can change the name on your account by logging into the Delmarva Sensory™ website and select 'Account'. You will then need to answer your secret question and click 'Next'. On the next screen you will be able to modify your name. Click 'Modify' to save the changes. If the name on your ID does not match the name on our schedule you will not be allowed to participate in testing. No exceptions.
Parking is limited in the parking lot. If all spaces are full, DO NOT park on the grass. Parking is available on the street in both directions.
No smoking in the building, outside of the building OR at least one (1) hour prior to testing.
When arriving for tests, please check in with the Security Guard in the lobby.
Unless present for children's sensory testing or instructed by Delmarva Sensory™, no children of any age are allowed in the testing area with a parent. Children age 10 or older, can wait in the lobby waiting area. Children under the age of 10 cannot be left unattended in the lobby waiting area. The adult supervising the child/children should not be scheduled for the same testing session as the adult currently in the test. If you are not available to participate at the beginning of the testing session you are scheduled for, Delmarva Sensory™ reserves the right to deny you entry to the test without payment.
Silence/place your cell phone on vibrate mode prior to entering the lobby.
Do not discuss or mention tests you participate in, take pictures, video, or post any information on social media.
For Home Use Tests (HUT):
Only one person per household are eligible to participate in a Home Use Test.
If multiple people from a household sign up for the same Home Use Test, everyone but the first person who signed up will be removed from the test and not allowed to participate.
A photo ID and signature of the person who signed up for the test are required to pick up product.
If a participant is not available to pick up payment on the date/dates specified due to special circumstances, arrangements can be made to pick up payment at another time, ONLY if permission has be given by Delmarva Sensory™ management.
If absolutely necessary, product can be picked up by someone other than the person scheduled, but only if the person scheduled sends an email or note stating they give permission for this person to pick up product for them. No phone calls will be accepted for this purpose.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your test, please log in to delmarvasensory.com and remove yourself from the schedule. If the schedule for your test is no longer available, please contact us at 410-543-3241 or email@delmarvasensory.com
We have the right to cancel a test at any time for any reason.
Cancellations will be communicated to the scheduled panelists via email. It will be the panelist's responsibility to check their email for cancellations. (It is also the panelist's responsibility to make sure their email address is correct and up-to-date.)
For cancellations prior to 24 hours before the panelists scheduled test time - Panelists will not be compensated for the test.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the panelists scheduled test time, the scheduled panelists will be compensated electronically.
