If you are a panelist and would like to earn valuable coupons, this program is designed for you...

Here is how the program works:

1. Refer someone to Delmarva Sensory^™.
2. They must register as a new panelist.
3. Under the section "Hear About", instruct them to click on "A friend or family member or coworker __________________________"
4. Have them to type your name as the one who referred them.
5. Within two weeks, we will mail you one valuable coupon for each person who completes a new account.

Rules:

1. The new panelist must not have an account with Delmarva Sensory^™.
2. Your full name must appear in the "How did you hear about us?" comment on the new panelist's application form.
3. Earn one coupon per person, includes children.
   • For example - You refer a friend and they register as a new panelist and register their 2 children under the age of 18. You would receive 3 coupons.
4. Each coupon is a $5.00 value.
5. Your coupon(s) will be mailed to you automatically!
6. No limit to the number of people who you refer as a new panelist.
